System Simulations
EDA, Inc. is one of the leading experts of thermal-hydraulic simulations. Analysis is done in many ways, including
the use of the NRC's SNAP program suite. The Model Editor allows for
time-dependent representation of the plant components, graphically showing
pressure, flow, quality, temperature and void fraction, among other
attributes. Using SNAP, animations of plant components are created in
Microsoft's AVI video format.
